Dit is een bandje dat aan de binnenzijde van de elleboog zit en wat bestaat uit drie delen: het posterior, transverse en anterior ligament. We zagen dat ze actief zijn op het moment dat er hoge krachten op de elleboog staan en dat ze dus een beschermend effect kunnen hebben over het UCL bandje. Daarnaast waren er veel verschillen in activatie tussen spelers, het lijkt er dus op dat iedere pitcher dit het op een andere manier doet.
