Gelukkig gaat dit meestal gewoon goed en ontstaan er geen blessures bij \u00e9\u00e9n beweging. Als we weten welke factoren van belang zijn, kunnen we daaruit eindelijk preventief op gaan aansturen. We hebben een app ontwikkeld die verschillende biomechanische factoren hierin meeneemt. Dit kan je zien als de knoppen in de bovenstaande afbeelding. De eerste knop geeft aan hoe vaak er gegooid wordt en de tweede hoe groot de kracht is. Als je steeds weer een bal gooit, dan wordt je elleboog steeds anders belast, soms meer en soms minder. Daarom is het niet alleen belangrijk om te kijken naar hoe zwaar de belasting is en hoe vaak je gooit, maar ook om te begrijpen dat het steeds veranderen van hoe hard je gooit invloed heeft op hoe blessures kunnen ontstaan.
